Thank you for your reply. I am thinking it is AOL also, but don't know how to get around it. When I try to just use Internet then "it" says I need Adobe Flash, which I have via AOL. But, it certainly is taking most of the fun out of this.

Thanks for your reply. I have AOL but have also tried Internet Explorer and that is worse. Perhaps I will try mozilla. My puter doesn't hate me, since Webkinz is the only "place" I am constantly booteds out.

Thanks to all who replied! I have AOL and this only started happening within the last month. I went to Internet Explorer and that was "worser". I have sent email after email, and you are right no response. I will most certainly give them a call. Especially since I adopted another pet today and it was brutal trying to now take care of 2 pets, my garden, etc. (I also bought 2 more pets, but think I will wait until I am not pounding the puter in frustration before I officially adopt them). BTW, you all might have guessed by now, I am only a child at heart, is 62 considered too old to be playing?

I was having all those same problems, but then switched to Mozilla Firefox, and it has been working a lot better. For some people (but unfortunately not all) this seems to solve the problem. Give it a try, and perhaps it will work for you.
I think Ganz may have to sink some of the cash we spend on their products into new servers and improved programming As for browsers, I'm completely happy with my Firefox, but since Google's new browser Chrome was released day before yesterday, I may give it a try - it's supposed to be sleeker and much faster than the other browsers.
Older, slower computers do time-out more often with WW, we've had ample opportunity to test this at our house.
Hello, I have been reading about the problems everyone seems to be having with getting logged off all the time. I have about 85 pets and over 90 rooms and I don't seem to have this problem. Can't say it's having too many pets or rooms. I have found out that on weekends or evenings thats a bad time because so many are on the website and it gets overloaded. I use Internet Explorer. My biggest frustration right now is not being able to get into the clubhouse. My phone comes on but I only get a blue screen. This has been going on for over 2 months. I am very upset because that is my favorite place to go. I love decorating the rooms and going to the trading room. I have e-mailed and called about the problem but no one will help. Also I have lost 2 of my actions from my dock that I got at the KinZville Academy. myakkadakin
Thanks to every one who replied in support of "constantly logged off webkinz!" Someone suggested I try Mozilla. IT WORKS!! I no longer use AOL and now use Mozilla Firefox. It has kept me very happy and busy! I even adopted another pet! My hat is off to those who have so many pets, (90!!!). I did purchase 2 more but haven't decided whether to adopt them myself or give them to my grandkids.
