Default Unanswered: Collage Question

So I've been using the site Picnik for awhile now.
But I have a question about it.
I know there's a Collage feature, but sometimes, when I try to make one, the images are too big. Is there a way to zoom out of the individual pictures, so they aren't chopped off?
I've tried finding something for awhile now that lets me do that, but I can't seem to find if you can do it or not.

Well, I haven't used Piknic, but just throw this search into Google, and it looks like there may be some helpful results:

Well, I've just tested out the collage feature and I've been using pictures that are about as large as my desktop (1680 x 1050) and they fit.
The collage features let you use drag the picture around so you can choose which parts of the pic you want.
Maybe you should crop or resize the picture that are too big?

I found something that said it's not the size of the picture, but more the shape.
So maybe that's why some work well, and others don't.

Hmm, I tried that, but it didn't really help.
