Default Unanswered: Code Entering Service

Is something currently wrong with the service to enter codes?

My girlfriend and I purchased to brand new packs of Webkinz Cards, as well as a Lil'kinz Hippo maybe an hour ago.

After trying to enter all codes on both of the feature cards, as well as the code for the Hippo pet, we're getting "That code has been used already" for every single code. My guess is that the chances of this being a mere coincidence that all codes have been used already is just too far of a long shot.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem tonight? Is the code entering service possibly down due to the upgrades coming tomorrow?

I have heard that people are having problems with the Adoption process, but I have been entering codes from cards all weekend with no problems. You are entering the card codes in the code shop and not the adoption centre right? Just checking!

I am having problem's entering a new pet. It is telling me that the code has already been used.
After all the time and money invested in Webkinz I am truly disappointed about the massive confusion
there recent change has had on so many peoples' accounts!

If you haven't alread solved the problem yet. I think you should contact ganz. They do have a bullentin on their homepage that talks about problems with trading cards, I think it also includes the instructions on what you should do.
