I also use Firefox. Click on Tools and choose Clear Private Data. A box appears with several options to place checks in the boxes next to choices. I check the
Browsing History
Saved Form and search History
Cache
Cookies
Authenticated Sessions
And clear this several times a day depending on how often or how much I am on Webkinz and how many times I trade with Doug ( usually several times during Doug Trades) not while Webkinz is open. Each time I close Webkinz I clear Private Data before opening it again. When Doug stops offering trades I clear cache.
I hope this helps and good luck trading with Doug.

Gomommu gave a very great answer!

Instead of having to clear your cache manually every time before you close the browser, you can set an option so it clears for you whenever you exit the browser! Just click "tools" and then "options". Next click "Privacy" and check off the box that says "Always clear my private data when I close Fire Fox". A little warning will come up saying its about to clear your cache and click okay.

If you don't want a little warning when you clear your cache on fire fox, unclick the button below "Always clear my private data when I close Fire Fox". Unclick "Ask me before clearing private data" and then press "OK". Now whenever you close your fire fox it clears its own cache!

Hope I helped.
