Also, if the thread as posted by Ra. Ra. Rainbow doesn't help, try contacting Ganz either by phone (1-866-WEBKINZ) or by going to the customer service part of the Webkinz website.
Since there are a lot of people that say their cash cow trophys get stuck in their rooms right now, I would suggest that when the trophy gets unstuck, to maybe just leave the trophy in your dock so it won't get stuck again
The same thing has happened to me several times, but with different items. I contacted Ganz thru the customer service option and the very next day, it was back.. That seems to be the best way to get your items back. At least I think so.......

The same trophy is stuck in my room. I tried filling out the "stuck" item report in customer service. Every time I fill it out is says invalid information. I know it's not. Maybe I will try calling, too. Good luck!
