Default Answered: Caring Valley Tree Switch Glitch!!!

My 3 kids just entered Caring Valley Feature Codes and planted the 4 trees in the forest. They all designed trees with the Goo Goo Berry top for this month. The correct saved tree showed up in their dock. However, when they dragged the tree into their outdoor yard, it planted the wrong tree!! They all got the same wrong tree - it has a jelly bean top, a blue/pink diagonally striped candy trunk, and an ice cream base with a chocolate chip cookie/piroulline,cherry topped ice cream scoop. I don't know what month that tree is from... Is anyone else having problems with the Caring Valley trees???? I sent an email to Ganz, we'll see if it gets resolved.

I had this happen to me, too, but I got the chocolate top. It is the July tree you are seeing. Logging out and back in or cleariing your cache will not fix it. I called Ganz about this yesterday and was told that they are working on the problem and when it is fixed we will get the correct tree.

By the way, when you have a problem like this there is no use in sending Ganz an email about it. The only way to report a problem that is not covered elsewhere on their site is to call them. Emails just get a standard response which may not seem to have anything to do with your problem.

yes thishappened to me with 6trees on three accounts .called ganz never heard from them ,will be calling again after the holliday weekend on tuesday.

I heard some other people saying that they didn't get
the right tree either. Try logging out and then back in again.
If the tree is still not the right one, I would try contacting Ganz
and seeing if they can get you the right tree.

It Problaby a Glitch with The Tree, on the First of the Month, Many Glitches happened in WW, this could have been one of them, and yet to be resovled

Yes, the same thing happened to me. I decorated mine in fruit and when I put it in my yard it was all brown and ugly. Putting it back and forth from my yard to dock and dock to yard doesn't change it.
It's obviously another glitch. I'll be interested to hear what Ganz tells you.
I hope it will eventually go back to the same tree I decorated.

Thank you all for the responses. I apologize that this is a repeat thread of same issue on prior days. It looks to be an unresolved glitch. Hopefully there will be resolution soon!
