Have you tried logging out and logging back in? If not, try that and if it doesn't work, you can notify Ganz and let them know that you have something stuck. You will need the name of the item, the account, ect. They usually have it unstuck in a day or two.
You will have to go to the main page of webkinz, choose customer service, go to " I have something stuck", choose the correct description of your problem, and then fill out the form.
