Default Unanswered: Can't transfer eStore points

I bought 20,000 eStore points that I want to transfer to another account but when I try to do it nothing happens. Who do I contact to fix that?

Im sorry to hear that. Make sure you type in thr correct ammount of estore points that means with the , and everything! If you still have issues, I recommend trying again on a different browser. Also, check your webkinz account multiple times. If there are still pronlems, its always a good idea to contact ganz. Heres the link Contact Us

Before I give you advice I need to know exactly what the problem is. Are you trying to transfer the points to a WW account? Because you cannot transfer points to another estore account if that is what you are trying to do. When you bought the points did you specify that they go to a WW account? You cannot transfer points from one WW account to another.

The only thing you can do is transfer points from your estore account to a WW account but you must supply the userid and password to do so. Then that WW can buy things in the WW estore. If that is what you are trying to do and the points are not coming out of your estore account and showing up on your WW account then you need to call them, not fill out a form. The number is 1-888-818-8770. It's a toll-free number from the US and Canada. If you are under 18, ask an adult to call for you.
