Default Answered: cant play on mini-laptop screen?

Hi everyone!

My daughter got a mini laptop/notebook for xmas. It has a 10 inch screen. When we log into her webkinz account, the 'pop-up' window is larger than her screen and she is unable to view the whole thing - there is no way she can scroll to the bottom of the opening page to the 'things to do' tab. So she is stuck on the newspaper/news screen and unable to move. She was able to click on the kinsville map and go to the arcade, but once there she is unable to scroll down and pick a game as the button you use to scroll down to different games is off her screen. Is there anyway to make the pop-up window smaller so it all fits on her screen?

My computer is a Netbook. Here's the link I use to log on to Webkinz:

--> Welcome to Webkinz

That opens up a window with the options to "scroll", so you can get to the entire game.

There's no need to mess with any of your computer's settings.

You will need to find the preferences for your lap tops screen sizing. As far as I can tell a friends Acer Netbook does not have settings that allow us to fit the full screen for webkinz.

So sorry, it too bad that more people don't know this when purchasing their NetBooks. It just isn't something most people think about when they do a test run.

Perhaps if you give us the brand and style of the netbook we can help you locate the information you need.

Try changing the screen resolution

Desktop > Right click > Properties > Settings > Adjust screen resolution until everything fits
