Default Answered: Can't open Exclusive Gift Box

I can't open my Exclusive Gift Box for my 60th pet. It "opens" but either shows no beds or is only
showing one purple bed. The arrows don't work. Have tried many times...logged out, cleared cache, etc.
Does anyone know what I should try next?

Maybe it's a glitch on Ganz's side, so I recommend calling them. You'll get a more immediate response if you call

Otherwise, it can be a browser problem. I can't open mail with Safari but I can with Firefox. Try another browser if you haven't already.

You could always try going into a different room and opening the box again, or if that dosen't work, you can email GANZ with the link on www.Webkinz.com, or call them at 1-800-WEBKINZ. Hope this helps.

Thanks for everyone's help.

I usually use Firefox but just tried to open the box in Safari and it opened!!! Tried everything else but didn't think of that. Thanks so much for the suggestion.
