Hi! I am getting the red tape run around from Ganz and am quite frustrated. Here is my story: I decided to set up an account for myself so I bought a pet of the month. I signed in and created a new account using my new pet code. I was asked if my pet was a frog or a panda (which seemed unusual as that had not happened when setting up our other accounts) so I clicked on frog. Then I was told that there was an issue with my secret pet code and that it had been changed and to write it down. I don't remember all the details past this because I wasn't expecting any issues. Somehow I thought I finished. (Although, now I realize that I didn't get to name my pet nor did I choose if it was a boy or girl, etc.) I went to log in and my password didn't work. So I thought I would try "forgot my password" and when I entered my screen name with my password, I kept getting a password not recognized error.
I got an e-mail asking for more info. I sent that then I received and e-mail asking me to go to the Webkinz help area. I had already mentioned in my e-mail that that section didn't help me. I don't know what to do. Can anyone give some advice?!!!!!!! I feel very let down by Ganz right now.
