I use internet explorer and am having the same problem. I guess I'll log out, clear my cache, and restart everything to see if it will work. I started having this problem last night after I found a new gem, so I know that simply logging out won't solve the problem. Too bad I realized this a few minutes before I tried to go buy a rare, now I'll have to wait till it goes on sale again.
With our cache cleared, comp restarted we are IE AND/OR Firefox, and all 5 Deluxe Accounts here have not been able to play Gem Hunt, NOR purchase ANYTHING reg, Deluxe or Rare from Arte since Wed, Dec 16th.
I am just to school activities' drained to report it - so THANK YOU kindly for being our spokesperson.
My Arte is speechless and I can't do anything... No shopping or Gem hunting on any of our accounts. I've cleared the browser but still nothing. It won't work on the PC or laptop. Hopefully Arte won't have a great sale this weekend.
