This happened to be before, also. As someone suggested, I had to contact Ganz to fix the problem. I used the Wekinz email feature and told them I had a stuck item, and just listed the room name and a plant name. Within about 4 days they had 'unstuck' the whole room for me, and everything was returned to my doc. Definitely follow the suggestion of not having 100 plants in the room (which is what I had). Leave the 4 center squares empty, as a mandate, and it helps to leave "paths" open, too... just so the room will load easier.
