I send my service problems to Ganz when I have problems and thank yous when they fix problems. Unfortunately problems are way ahead of fixes lately-I bought an internet service that isn't working. I also have noted to the staff that handles customer service that I know they are getting a lot of negative feedback and that I do not blame them. I have asked them to pass on the comments to the people that make the decisions to implement new features before the "old" ones have the glitches worked out.
i cannot DISAGREE more! I'm sorry, but it's true. If they worked so hard and cared so much then they wouldn't retire pets BEFORE THEY COME OUT just to make them rare and get more profit. Selfish! The site is going down the toilet, nothing works. I'm sick of this. Ganz is on my last nerve.
I'm not sure what kids ARE learning from Ganz.
Are they learning to put forth best effort?
I don't know what % of WebKinz World is working but I think if I gave this performance in school-my grades would not be very good. And this performance at a job....would get me fired.
And what about values. When something isn't working and kids miss out on game prizes or an item disappears, the message from Ganz is "as is-as available", essentially that means take ir or leave it. I don't think that is very respectful toward children or adults.
If this was your e-mail provider-would it be OK? WE PAID FOR THIS. The $ spent on about 90 Webkinz (myself and gifts) is starting to look like water down the drain.
I think it is nice for you all to express your feelings.But this is getting out of comtroll.All theese negative posts about ganz.GANZ TRIES!!!!They all are working to fix all theese problems and make you happy at the same time.This is getting crazy so if you love ganz and are tired of theese negative comments please post a nice message to ganz.I know ganz would appreciate it if they saw this.

I disagree, ganz is coming out with a bunch of things before they work (for example kinzchat plus didn't work on hardly anyones account for a while) And they make so many glitches, don't fix them and just go right ahead, trying to get money. Now they are ripping people off in the E-store. Its like, 5 dollars just for some virtual refridgerator. And, the body spritz stuff is like 3-6 dollars (depending on where you shop) and, now the clothing also (even tho I like it, i mean, they make awesome things that you have to buy with real money, but not so awesome things in the W-shop.) I think that they care just about $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ now.
Ever since they rolled out the Halloween stuff my kids haven't been able to play any game that lasts longer than 10 minutes. That was about 45 days ago. That's unacceptable. I try to be optimistic and think they're trying the hardest to resolve the issues but I just don't see it.
My kids would like to thank you for all of the neat features you've rolled out recently. They've never been on a ten minute vacation before. Also we love all the cool new rugs in the w-shop. Whatever....
It's so bad that people got excited on this board when the hamburger came back as a food.
I agree and dissagree. Sometimes we feel like we are getting ripped off and just need to vent. And other times we should thank Ganz for all they have done. It kinda all depends on what type of glitches are in WW at that time (xD).
Let's all be positive. Ganz is aware of the glitches, and I'm sure they're working to fix them. But, sometimes, it does seem like they just keep bringing out stuff before fixing their glitches, and sometimes it bugs me too, and maybe things are a rip-off, but remember, you don't have to buy them if you don't want to, but, Ganz is a business, not our best friend, and I think some people expect them to be our best friend. But they're a business, and a business tries new things, to see if they can make more money that way. The eStore, new kinds of pets, etc., are all ways to try and make money, and branch out to maybe get some more customers. Let's all stay positive and remember that we love our webbies That's just my look on things.

Well I really think this is a great place to vent to eachother and find out we're not alone. A lot of the time there is a positve outcome because we can work together to figure out a solution. It's not personal, just people comisserating with eachother. Unfortunately when you start a well meaning thread like this you end up with even more complaints. LOL "I see your point, but I hate it when..."
