Yesterday, my Webkinz app just vanished. I did not uninstall it. I have been trying since then to download the app, but it begins and won't complete. Anyone else having this problem? The app is not available on Windows Play Store--only the new version. I have to go to the browser and try to download from there. After playing since 2007 with over 500 Webkinz, 6 deluxe accounts, estore points not used, POM for many months, I am not able to play. I cannot convey how sad I am. Any suggestions?

I had my WW app icon disappear from my computer desktop after maintenance and had to do a re-install.. thought it was so weird.
this may help you. go to your PC files on C: and first check in your DOWNLOAD folder. the WW setup should be there. Or in PC do a search for file with webkinz in name.
but i think you will find it in your downloads and install it from there.
Lucy Hippo, your comment jogged my memory! The first time I "Quit" the browser app after Wednesday's maintenance, my app icon also disappeared from my taskbar. I hit the Windows button and scrolled down to the W's in the list of stuff...and there was Webkinz! I right-clicked it and picked "pin to taskbar" and all was fine.
If cammieobrien hasn't already solved the problem, maybe this will help.
Mine disappeared off the taskbar after the update as well. If anyone is still having problems, contact Betty Butter Ganz on facebook. She's pretty good about helping people figure things out.

oh I think we are having a problem with what is the name?? these days. I was finally able to download the mobile app to a cell phone, which is an apple Ipad. I think it is called Webkinz Classic at playstore. So at the time I thought I got the wrong app. Looked like the webkinz version that used Flash Player. But when I logged in and went to arcade to do the Wheel of Wow, it looked like the old mobile app (which is what I wanted) very few games and Wheel of WOW. So dont let the name throw you off.
