That's the worst customer response I've heard. Unfortunately, someone else with a different problem heard it also. Ganz has good Reps and bad Reps. That was a very bad Rep.
Call again. Hopefully, you will get a better Rep. If not, stay calm and polite. Ask for the Rep's Supervisor. Keep asking for the next higher person if you need to. Keep staying calm and polite.
Somewhere at Ganz, there is someone who will find a way to help you. Bottom line, Ganz wants you to buy their products. Sooner or later (hopefully, sooner), you will talk to someone who cares that, if you can't adopt this pet, there's no reason for you to buy more pets that the "server problem" won't allow you to adopt.
Keeping my fingers crossed that your next phone call is your last one and you can start enjoying that adorable Reindeer!
