Hi! My Daughter can't enter one of the rooms on her account - it has the bowling alley she just bought! When we try to enter, it says loading furniture and the "loading bar" stops with about 1/2" left to go and freezes. This has been going on about 3-4 days , all hours of the day and is so frustrating . The room has a lot of stuff in it including games and a telescope. We are not having trouble doing anything else on Webkinz. I have emailed Ganz but no help so far - only the standard generic emails. Can someone please help us!
Hi, this happened to me too.. e-mailed gantz...Took about 6 days before it was fixed. They must be really busy with complaints...Be patient...Also try deleting all cookies and temp files, and reload. Sometimes this will do the trick too.......Good Luck.............
This is happening to my daughters account as well. I can't get her into her Science Room and we have three telescopes in there. We are missing the think tank, the incubator couch and the robotic arm but we have everything else in there.
I have emailed Ganz directly and will wait to here what is going on. Until then, we can call the numbers listed in the previous emails and continue to email GANZ directly. I know things don't always go smoothly during website rennovations but I really feel for the users who can't use their pets cause they are locked in the rooms no pun intended.
I will keep you all updated if I hear back from anyone at Ganz technical team.
Ganz is aware of the problem and it should be fixed by tomorrow. There is a whole thread on this >HERE< .. check it out.

UPDATE - i just got off the phone with webkinz support and he assured me that not only do they know about the problem but that it should be resolved later today. that means that anyone with a telescope should be in their room by tomorrow! he also offered to dock my telescope in case i wanted to get into my room today. so fingers crossed, everything should be fine soon.
