I bought credits for the ganze store. The first time the account was created it worked. Now every time we try to log on to use the rest of our credits. the following error message shows up.

Sorry to hear that has happened to you. You can contact the Ganz estore by clicking on "contact us" at the bottom of the estore screen - if you can even get that far. The estore glitches and WW glitches are both handled by different departments of Ganz, so it is important to use the right number. I have always found them to be very helpful and friendly. The Ganz eStore Support desk is open between the hours of 9am and 6pm Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, at 1-888-818-8770. Hope that helps.
This happened to us as well. Every time I go to the estore the system says that my password is incorrect. I always end up having to reset it. I am not sure why the system does this. Hopefully after you call Ganz, they can help you. I wouldn't want anyone to lose points, after all you did pay for them.
