Yep! I would definitely call Ganz first thing in the morning. I have heard in the past that they return the items to your dock but then again I have also heard that they are "NOT' responsible for items not received, which is bull. Hopefully you get a representative that's having a good day and feels bad for you and totally thinks you deserve your things (because you absolutely do) you paid for your product so they should stick to the agreement on there end and give you your stuff or tell them you will never invest in there company again because they didn't stick to the end of there bargain. and if they don't care about you and the hard earned money that u had to work for to invest in there company, well then it was never worth

My Hubby adopted his Bulldog on the 6th and he didn't get a Loot Bag either. He emailed Ganz immediately and got an auto response. 2 weeks later and nothing....so he emailed again (on the 20th)...got another auto response. On the 21st he got a reply email with a phone number and customer code. He called and had to leave a message. He got called back yesterday and after ALL THAT riggermarall, the Ganz Rep ACTUALLY SAID, "I think you're LYING".
He did finally get his stuff, but only after the rep going off about him lying and all the corrupt people trying to rip them off.
Needless to say, Hubby has thrown in the towel with POTM.
So yes, I hope you get a nice rep

....Hubby asked me to add that when he had trouble with his Hippo POTM, he did get a NICE rep and was able to get things taken care of easily.
So it truly does depend on who you get and whether or not they are having a "good day".

Hello kaylaspot! Did you adopt the lil kinz or the big kinz? Only the big kinz will be able to receive a POTM bag. The lil kinz will not. The only reason I thought to mention this is my sister was so kind and bought me the bulldog recently, because it was sitting by a sign in the store mentioning that it was the Pet of the Month. This pet was a lil kinz, so I am not sure if all of the stores and their employees realize that the lil kinz don't receive the benefits of the POTM things.
If you did adopt the big plush, then Ganz can certainly help you with that. Please post an update!

My mom is going to call them when i get home from school to see whats up.
The last time i tried to call them about Dexter (bullfrog code misunderstanding) the # i found was on old one and they wouldn't put me through.
I sometimes do email them but i cant wait 3 days for them to tell me something i already know!

I didn't get mine twice and have sent them the e-mail and they will give you a code to enter and their phone number. Both times I was able to pick the POTM prize I wanted vs them picking it so was happy about how it turned out. The first time I didn't know what I wanted but the second time I had it all picked out just in case and I did get it. Hope you get a nice rep like I did.

I had trouble on my grandson's account once and called 1-800-724-5902.
Just left a message and my call was returned in 1 day. They were very nice and my things were placed in my dock.
Their message may say that they do not take messages; but hang on, then a recording will come on and ask you of your problem, your name, your phone number.
Every thing should resolve itsself.
Was a lil kinz?Never mind i just read the post above me! That happened to me because I though it was a normal webkinz and lil kinz that get it! But it was OK because i didn't buy it for that my Friends lil brother was letting his account expire and so he gave me it because his code was unused.
You definitely need to contact Ganz like others said. I used the information on WI to do this for December and January. This happened to two different accounts two months in a row. When I called regarding my Bulldog, I asked if there was a better time to adopt the POTM. I was told that right now it doesn't matter-they're just having random problems with the POTM. Usually the beginning and end of the month are the worse time, but it can happen any time. They're working on it and hopefully will fix soon. You get your items in your dock within 24 hr. after talking with them. I took me a week to talk with them this month, which was longer than in December. It seems like they had more POTM problems this month. I loggedin POTM on December 14th and in January I logged POTM in on 4th. Hope this helps.
I am so sorry you are having this problem! I had a problem in December with the Polar Bear POTM. I called Ganz, and about a week later, they called back and said that the thing was placed in my dock. The will give you a good one too, and it won't be in a Bag. They will just put the token and the item in your dock. I actually ended up with the sea glass flooring!
