Default Unanswered: Bonus gift blank...how do I contact Ganz? *Update*

My son just adopted his new clydesdale and got his psi fireplace, opened the "bonus" gift and nothing came up. The box was empty....

We did try logging in and out a couple of times and did the contact us thing (cannot figure out how to write a real email though).

How do I actually contact Ganz about this? Or is he just out of luck?

We got them in our Hallmark store. They had gotten a shipment of 6 in and we got the last ones they had.

They are pretty cute!

I wrote to them in the comment and suggestion when i received the wrong exclusive gift and within hours I had the correct one. At one point there was an number to call not sure if this is still a valid number but you can try 1-866-932-5469. Hope this helps

How did you actually write to them? I can only get the drop down menu and they are just general questions. Is there a tab or something that I am missing where you can write an actual email?

I just wrote into comment and suggestions you use to be able to ask question but they took that away . Here the contact for Ganz http://www.ganz.com/contact/index.html
But go to comment and question and click on it behind the question tab to write the comment.

I think there's also a complaint form somewhere on the webkinz site, but not in webkinz world ... my son's account had real problems the first week or so he had it, and they did finally straighten it out. They email that they received your message, and again when they think they've fixed it.

The one in WWorld is a pain, I agree. My extra room disappeared today when I did my new pet ... couldn't find a way to complain to them. Fortunately logging out and back in fixed it ... so sorry that didn't work for you.

Update:

Was contacted ny Ganz this morning and we were allowed to pick an exclusive and were told it would show up in our dock later today.

Will check back later to see, but I am sure it will.

Overall, great customer service once you get going in the right direction!
