Question Unanswered: Blacked out adoption certificate

When I adopted my bat Vincent, the Adoption Certificate printed with a black backround. Instead of the two lions and shield, it was black. This has happened to me twice now. I was able to reprint it, but has anyone else had this problem?

Maybe your printer is on a black and white setting or is out of color ink. Hope I helped.

The same exact thing is happening to me and I have a color printer. I had to go over to my friends house to get it printed.

Very odd. Maybe something's wrong with your printer? Sorry, all I can think of right now.
