Hmmm....it's interesting about the possible connection to coupons. Anyone have this problem and not have coupons? I hate to spend them if that's not the problem.

Today is the 4th day I can't play bingo balls- states I already had my balls today and show -1 for the number of balls left. Yes I have bingo coupons on one account and no coupons on the other account . Both accounts are having the same problem.

Yes, this has been happening to me for the last 5 days. For the past 3 days it said I had -1 left. Then it changed to 0 for the last 2 days. I have 5 coupons, too. I can never access the extra bingo ball of the day either. This ***** and is a big problem. Ganz hasn't even responded to me. I'm sure they're overwhelmed with e-mails asking about this.

i've never had a problem before, except today i went to play, and it said all of my balls had already been used up!

Well today I'm at 0 balls before I got to play. That is an improvement over the -1 balls!! Again my kids accounts are fine. But I had a new problem - I might start a new thread as well to keep it separate but when I did my daily care it said it was my 8th visit this week.

I am the aun with blackberry that won 2 ball bingoz. My new claim to fame, I had no idea that my name would be up since last Friday. My bingo is doing the same thing now. Also, my previous winnings with the coupons- it took 55 coupons exactly to win 1 ball bingoz twice, then it took 65 coupons to win 2 ball bingoz, I don't know why it took so many, but I recommend hanging on to them until you have a bunch to use. my sons account was at -1 now at 0 and he has coupons. Mine has been at 0 since Friday and I have no coupons.

Same problem here...Right now, on Today's Activities, I should be able to get an extra ball, but can't do that either! I rarely play this game, but got a bunch of coupons from the trading cards that I would like to use, but not unless there are several spots already filled in, which it looks like will never happen!

I have emailed customer support, too, and heard no response!

I'm right there with you, I now have 0 before getting to do it, but at least it's not -1 and I had the same thing with the 8th visit this week.... last time I checked there are only 7 days in a week... this is a new problem. I have also e-mailed ganz and haven't heard a word either. Guess we'll just have to wait and see. With any luck they're working on the problem and don't want to respond until the glitch is fixed. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.
