When you phone, you start in an automated system that basically tells you to email them. After your 2nd email (the one after the first that just gets you a form-letter response), they will reply with a code number. You need to enter that code, leave a message, and they will call you back (1-3 days).
Try using 2407 as the code entry.
There has been a direct line number posted here on the forums in the past
press 0 to get to the operator
I have not used the direct line number, but others here have claimed some success with them.
That happened to me, too, i emailed them, and it wasn't fixed until two days later and i never heard from them. I messed up again to many times, and i still have more than half of my trading card box to enter! I know what you mean! I keep entering Z's and S's and 7's and 8's and so forth wrong!!
I just emailed them, lol. Hopefully, they will fix it!
Last night it still wasn't working, but today it is! I don't know if it was the message through the "contact us" I sent them a few days ago or your message that worked, or if they consider a day a week (because thats how long I was banned for.) lol But anyway, it's back to working now!
