I was banned for 24 hours after entering a wrong number but had no trouble getting back in after that. Hope they can fix it for you.

I see we are playing the waiting game again tonight with the American accounts. Takes forever to load and then the Please Wait comes on and there is nothing you can do.

I am confused are still trying to use the code that 'mistyped'? I am only asking because sometimes it isn't a case of mistyping but a case of the actaul code having been 'used' (even though it was brand new and never used by anyone)...I have had at so many bad/unusable codes I stopped counting after the first dozen of cards with bad sets of codes. Or can you simply not get in at all to even try to enter a code?

If the case is you not being able to access the code shop at all...than call Ganz and keep pressing zero until you get a human being...you may have press zero to the point where you feel like but you will get through assuming it is within business hours.

And if you are able to enter the code shop but keep getting the same message, than set that card aside and try a new one. Either way you will need Ganz to let them know you recieved a bad card or that you have been locked out beyond the 24 hour mark.

I have been banned many times because of bad codes and the only time I had an issue was when I tried using the card that got me kicked out because I believed it was my typo when it wasn't.

I wish you the best of luck in getting through to Ganz and getting all this sorted out. If it is there fault, every once in a blue moon, they will give you extra good stuff via adoptions and what not....at least that is what has happened to me. I recieved the Egyptian bed when adopting a pet after they messed up last time. I hope something great happens for you!

This just happened to me too! I bought 2 boxes of series 2 cards and after entering the first five cards, I got a message saying that I was banned for 24 hours for trying to enter a used code. I thought maybe I mistyped the code, so I waited 24 hours and when I went back to the code shop tonight, it wouldn't even let me put in a code. It said I was banned for a day for trying to enter too many bad codes! I finally got a 2 whole boxes of cards and now I can't even use them. I sent an email to Ganz tonight and I hope to hear from then soon. Another frustrating Webkinz problem!

Well, you could try contacting GANZ. They might fix the the glitch message you keep getting.

1-800-724-5902, Pick Option #2 for customer service, tell them what happen and they will fix it,

Sometimes, if you enter an invalid code to many times at the same time, the WW servers will think your trying to cheat ( ie: enter a made-up webkinz code) I'm guessing thats what happened. I would try to contact Ganz, and if you can't get any help, just wait. I don't think Webkinz World is going anywhere

Try clearing your pc's web browser cache.

IE: Tools --> Internet Options --> Temp Internet Files --> Delete

Mozilla: Tools --> Clear Private Data --> Check only the "Cache" box --> Clear

It's a shot.

If that doesn't fix it try calling Ganz - BlueEyes1113 posted the number in the thread.

Hello thom1cent! I have had great experiences when I have called Ganz with problems (I have had to do that twice). I think that three days is too long, and I would give them a call. Their number is in the blue sticky above. Please give us an update after you call. Good luck!

Oh, yes, chmonebags has a great suggestion to clear your cache. That may work.
