On Saturday night my wife and I were entering card codes on my account. I believe I mistyped two different codes, after which I was told I was banned from entering codes for 1 day. I have checked each day and I get the same message. How do I get this fixed? I cannot find a way to get in touch with anyone in customer service. They ask for your pet's code. Is it any pet on my account or the 1st one I had?
I have more codes to enter, and no way to do it for 3 days now....
I would suggest calling Ganz and leaving a message with your problem. I have done this a couple times and they do call back within 2-3 days. I know it is not a speedy solution but the only idea I have. You can find the phone number in the Somebody Help forum. It is stickied at the top of the forum. Also when you call, it will tell you to fill out the form on-line. Just keep pushing through the prompts and you can eventually leave a voice message (I can't remember which numbers to press or maybe I just had to wait without pressing any numbers - just be persistent).
I'm very sorry to hear that. I suggest that you call Ganz. It's not the best solution bu theyw illl help. Also, like clublab30 said that she will go ask a mod. that will also help. They know a lot about WI. Don't worry about your problem even thought it may be scary. It will be done and over with in a couple of days!
Hi, I would fill out the Customer Service form on the Webkinz main page, you will get an email with a code that will help you get through to a rep faster. Also, you need the code for any of the pets you sucessfully entered and are active in Webkinz. I wish you the best of luck!
I had the same thing happen to me a few months ago. When you enter the wrong code in I believe either two or three times, they will not allow you to enter in another code. I was able to go in the next day or at least a few days later to reenter the code correct. It would be my guess to kick you off for a few days as a precaution on Ganz end that you may just be entering codes for the fun of it. (Cheating) You could look at it as if you were registering in say a Walmart or Overstock.com account and you have entered the wrong login and password. The block you from entering you account and you must have the password reset so you can go back into your account.
My suggestion is to double check all of your codes before press the Unlock button.
that happened with my sister when she was entering a code and it was suppossed to be the letter "o" but she kept entering the #0 and she tried that 3 times and on the third time she was banned for 24 hours...
I am very sorry to hear that. It must be really frustrating! Well, about the secret code, I don't thinkk it needs to be your first pet. I have contacted Ganz a few times when I had some items stuck in the room, and used the codes of different animals each time and I never had any trouble. They answered and fixed my problems pretty quickly.
Similar thing happenedto me too. When I was trying to adapt a pet I guess I typed in wrong codes by mistake like twice or three times. They told me I could not put anu more codes until the next day. In my case I was able to go back and adapt another pet next day, though.
If I were you I would call GANZ and leave a message with all the details. They have been pretty good about calling back quickly. ( A lot better than before!) I hope they will contact you quickly and fix all your problem! Good luck!!
