Default Answered: Banned from code room?

Not sure why this happened, and hoping someone may be able to help. My daughter and I thought we entered 20 Series 1 card codes, but afterwards we only had 19 virtual card packs. Figuring we missed a code somewhere, we dug out the cards from the garbage cans we used and re-entered all the codes trying to find the missing virtual card code and to make sure we didn't miss a prize code. Turns out, we just missed opening a pack of cards (lesson learned- gather cards and count first lol)

Sat down later in the evening, and started entering the codes from the rest of the box and we received a message something along the lines of us being banned from the code shop for 24 hours, and to only use codes that belonged to us and if we didn't the account would be terminated?!? What's the deal? Is it because we went back through and re-entered the codes to find the one we thought was missing? Anyone else have this happen to them?

Yes this is standard, and the reason is to prevent people from entering random numbers till they hit paydirt).

This has happened to me too. It's just a safety precaution.
