Default Unanswered: Arrrgh! The W-shop did it to me again!

Since this is the SECOND time the W-shop has done this to me, I thought now I would come here to post a little warning to everyone, and see if this is happening to others.

I went to purchase the Santakinz' side table, with a coupon, and after I clicked on the buy now button a message came up saying "this item is no longer for sale, it's past the sales date"... THEN it took my coupon and did not refund it!

This happened once yesterday, and once today! I'm so frustrated. Has anyone else run into this problem while trying to use a coupon with the new Santakinz' theme items? And do you know how to get your coupon refunded? I collected those coupons for MONTHS to save for this winter themed stuff, and now I'm losing all my coupons. <sigh>

I had a similar incident happen to me I contacted ganz through the comment section in ww they fixed it in minutes hope this helps try this

I'm sorry, that's terrible.
All my kids and I have bought all the available Christmas items in the wshop most with coupons and have not had any trouble. Are you trying to use more then 1 coupon at a time? I know that a lot of people (myself included) can't use more then one coupon at a time or there are always issues.

When you log out, then back in, are you sure you're not getting the coupon back? That's what has always happened to me. I've LOST a lot of coupons for various reasons, but I log out, then back on, & the coupon is back in my dock every time. If that's not your experience, I am truly sorry. I know I've just been having trouble with WW in general the past 2 days. Can hardly do a thing without the deadly "please wait..." appearing. So I end up logging out & back in. I guess it's good luck to both of us!

If I've ever had a problem using a coupon in the Wshop, I've always been given in back whenever i've logged out and back in....

We've been using a lot of coupons for the new christmas things and haven't had any trouble...

im sorry this has happened to you . i only use one coupon at a time and that seems to work *knocks wood* lol. id contact ganz by calling them and see if they can help you. good luck i hope everything works out for you

I had multiple issues with the same thing during Halloween and they never bothered to write back until about the end of the 2 dozen emails {spaced out, of course}. In my case{s} it took the coupon AND the kc and I never got an item. Their eventual email claimed that I got hacked {no one knows my password and even if they did I was IN the account at the time and know what happened} or that my rooms or dock was too full {NOT and NEVER} and so on. They didn't refund the coupons, they didn't refund the kc, and they never gave me any of the items I was trying to get {high priced items at that -- lost about 10,000 kc during that time over that stuf***. I popped back at their attitude about 'not fixing glitches' with then why do they even hae a {supposed} customer service section at all, if not to fix what they call 'glitches'? Best of luck to you in getting them to make it right, which they should.

Thank you so much to everyone for responding. Its always nice to know that I can come here to WI and will always have someone who's been there...
I did try logging out and then back in (as a few of you suggested) and the coupon I lost in today's transaction was back (thank goodness because it was an 80% coupon) but the one I lost yesterday still did not return. I guess I can go away from this learning two things: don't use more than one coupon at once, and check my dock the next time I log in.
