Question Answered: Arctic fox sits backwards on some Persian Palace furniture

I was surprised to see my Arctic Fox sitting with her back to me on these two pieces of furniture (the Sultan's Settee and the Tahkt Throne) in my Persian Palace room.

She sits normally on the Pile of Persian Pillows.Click the image to open in full size.

Have you tried other pets on those items?....do they sit facing the other way? If they don't it could be that the furniture..especially the throne, is backwards. IDK about the setee but it might be backwards also as far as how the pets are allowed to sit on them.

Lightbulb Re: Arctic fox sits backwards on some Persian Palace furniture

Grownup Giraffe~

I have noted that before on several seating items (like the Royal Cat bench).

I found out that if I turn the piece of furniture around, they sit facing toward in the opposite direction. So try turning the Settee & Throne around & see if your pets face in the other dirction.

Hope this information is helpful for you & others!

Blessings,
Bankskinz

You're absolutely right! I'd forgot that I'd moved the furniture about weeks ago and NOT tried anyone else on it afterward. Thank you!

I feel silly for not having thought of that myself.

YES! That was it! My blushes. I hadn't considered that at all.

I hadn't! I did just now, and that was it. I must say though, the settee looks much better the other way. But I don't like putting my pets 'in the corner' as if they'd been naughty, so I'll keep it turned right way 'round. Thank you.

So sweet, I like the "not putting them in the corner". I also rotate beds if I see that a pet, especially the water pets don't close their eyes. If I rotate the bed to their liking, they close their eyes and go to sleep. CJ
