With my children, grandchildren and personal Webkinz account, I use an Excel spreadsheet to maintain account information, which helps in figuring out who might want a certain rare, or whose pet is the current POTM. Here is what I track:
Account (whose), Pet's Name, Pet Type, Birthdate, Birthday Wish, Favorite Food, Best Friend. (*Wish I would have included the adoption codes, because if a pet or item gets stuck you have to have the pet's code to report it to Ganz Customer Support using their email form). I also track the Charm Forest and Magic Mire Charms.
One other thing I track is the room information: The name of the room, which pet it belongs to (if any) and the room theme, or color scheme. This makes it easier for me to check to see what is in the rooms if a certain item comes up for sale in the estore, the W Shop, or the Curio Shop. This particular spreadsheet is harder to maintain if the child does a lot of redecorating, or buys more rooms and yards, but it does keep us from buying items we already have.
I hope this gives you some ideas for your spreadsheet. It works for my family and maybe some of the categories will be helpful to you as well.
