Default Re: Anyone know how to store excess clothing?

We are slowly recording where everything is on our account.
If you are good with grids or spreadsheets, label each square in the room with coordinates,
then list what is in each.
You could copy that list (2 column) to another sheet & sort by name (or add 3rd column for further info),
so things are easy to find.

I store them in wardrobes that can hold the most clothing. Those wardrobes you get from purchasing handbags store a lot. You can also buy toy boxes and drawers. I have wardrobes, drawers, & toy boxes in my storage room. I'd suggest buying a room specifically for your clothes or use a room that is empty.

Have fun!

The rattan toy box is the best way to go (they hold 8 items, and only cost 100 KC), if you're talking kinzcash, but overall, Wardrobes are the best (Up to 15 items).

In regards to organization, I sort of worked out a system the helps me. I have one large room and two small rooms as full of lockers as I can get them, and am still running out of room. To try to keep track of things, I have sorted clothes into groups. In one small room, I have all "costume" clothes- in another small room, I have clothing machine clothes and "special" items from the promotions. In my large room, I have each 1/4 of the room's lockers dedicated to certain types of clothing- for example, the top left 1/4 of the room is all hats/glasses, the bottom right corner is all shirts/jackets/sweaters... etc. This helps me keep track of where things are, and makes it a bit quicker when putting together an outfit- I can just walk my pet around the room and add pieces as I go through the different areas of the room. Maybe something like that could work for you?

When I store things I try to group like items together in the closet room.
the new clothes rack from the wish factory DOES hold clothes, and it holds a lot (I think 12) I've been wishing for it every day!

I use the Rattan Toy Boxes. They are the most affordable and hold the most items per cost. I have rooms and rooms and rooms and rooms of them, lol.

I also use Microsoft World to make a list of all items I put in them so I can find them again in the future

Good luck with your clothing sorting and storage!
