Default Answered: is anyone else having trouble getting into arcade today?

Arcade goes to blue screen whenever I click on it. I have to log out to go anywhere else. Is anyone else having this problem? I can't spin the wheel of wow or make my wishes because of this... I'm confused.. is this a glitch? does this happen often? I've been experiencing a lot of slowness with ww lately too.. is this just me? I have really fast internet!

I dunno what to do.. Its making it very hard for me to go on ww. it's always freezing up!

Hey there! What I'd do are one of three things. The first, is if possible, switch to another internet browser, like Safari, IE, Firefox, or Opera, that's the easiest, and sometimes most efficient way to solve a problem like this

The second option I'd do, if you haven't yet, is to clear your cache. To clear your cache, go to "Tools" on the toolbar below the internet address, and then "Internet Options" from the dropdown menu that appears on the screen. A little popup should then come up, and make sure you're on the" General"tab, and you should see a subtitle called "Browsing History", and then a button called "Delete" in that category. Select "Delete", and then pick and choose what you would like to dispose of from your cache.

The last and final thing you can do, that may be of use, is to reboot your whole computer. Everything gets reset, and should run a bit more smoothly. Good luck on getting it fixed though!

WW just does that sometimes, I would try restarting the computer, and just hang tight, it will stop doing that eventually
