Default Unanswered: Is anyone else getting a flash add on error?

Occasionally I'm getting some kind of flash add on error when I'm on webkinz world and it makes me click to restart internet explorer (and when that happens it restarts all browsers).
We tried disabling that flash add on- but then every website EXCEPT WEBKINZ WORLD will work- but not wkw. So we had to enable it again. It keeps doing it and making me lose stuff like on the gem hunt, employment, etc. Whatever I'm doing when it happens- I've lost it.

I can't play webkinz world if this is a major problem that doesn't get fixed!

Well I'm sorry it's happening to you all too but I'm glad it's not just me!
It's happening sometimes when I first log in an account but MOSTLY it's happening when that annoying "refresh" (that is happening again just like last month!) happens- but when I cilck no then another pop up comes up and says restart- you have to click it to do anything else and that restarts your browsers.

Cows4you- I think I know what you're talking about- that's a different error box that shows up when trying to open a dock with lots of stuff/etc.- and that one if I clicked no it would continue. That one is a long rectangular box- right? That's not the one I mean- the one I'm talking about is a smaller square box- it says something about flash9cf (or something like that) add on has caused an error and then it has where you can click "advanced" or "continue" (not yes or no like the one I think you're talking about) -then if you click to continue- another pop up comes up saying it has to restart, the browser turns whitish like it's highlighted until you click to restart- then it restarts all the browsers open at the time....

SEVERELY annoying and there goes my gardens. I haven't even been able to do ONE garden on each account -no way I'll get them all done- because this keeps happening. I've also lost a lot of stuff on gem hunt (had already found the gem- was about to click to save it or sell it- and bam- got the refresh then this error box), other activities, employment, and even woodlands/etc. becasue whatever I'm doing on any accounts in various browsers- when that happens (and it happens often) they all get restarted and have to log in again.

OH That! Yes just about everyday I get that. What I try to do is clear my cookies and cache, restart and that should hold me over til the next day. If I don't restart, then yes I will get it again.

Yes we are getting it also and the site is so slow the pet walk around like slow motion, we loose the gem hunt and the charms from forest, Also I had two real high scores on quissy word challenge and lost all my points. Can hardly get the things from dock to offer for trades and am getting really frustrated. Seems every weekend webkinz is almost useless nothing works properly and the final upset is now when I click to print my new pets bios I get a triangle with an exclamation mark and loose the opportunity to print the bio and adoption certificate. I wonder if anyone can suggest a correction for the printing proble. I can print the yahoo page, my emails etc-just cant print anything in Webkinz and of course trying to get an answer from ganz is so automated and am really frustrated. Please help if you can.Thanking you in advance.

I don't think I'm getting it. But WW is very slow on my computer. And somehow, I keep having to refresh every page on WI at least two times. Maybe I need another new computer? I hope your problem gets fixed soon!

Jennielou (and everyone else) there is a newer version of adobe flash player. I just installed it on my computer yesterday. Just so you know, I do have some issues still with WW, but that's beside the point Here is what you need to do to get the new download:

1. Download the uninstall package (you need the proper one depending on your computer). Here is the link:

http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/view...4157&sliceId=1

2. Make sure you save all of your documents and important information, close all programs, close all web browsers and run the uninstaller.

3. Restart your computer.

4. Download the new version of adobe flash player. Here is a link:

http://www.adobe.com/products/

You will have to choose adobe flash player from the links on the upper right hand side. Download the appropriate product.

5. Make sure all web browsers are closed and run the installation.

6. Restart your computer and run any programs that are required for your system: for instance, for my Mac computer, I needed to run my disk repair program before I began using the flash player.

You may want to go to the adobe support center before you do this new download, as I have a Mac, and my requirements for installation might be different than yours. So far I can get on Webkinz but I am still getting logged out and such, so don't expect miracles. Anyways, I hope this helps someone a little bit
