Default Answered: Annual deluxe automatic renewal question

On July 8th, 2010, I bought an annual deluxe membership and clicked the Automatic Renewal checkbox. I think I should've gotten my eStore points and super deluxe gift by now. It's past July 8th, 2011. Did I do something wrong?

When I clicked the Automatic Renewal box it was to turn it off. The default was for Automatic Renewal. You would have received an email letting you know your membership was renewed and your card was charged. I would head to the Ganz E-Store and check your account. You will be able to find out there if your account is set up for automatic renewal or not.

Bummer, I'm sorry that's happening!
It sounds like everything is right on your end, but I know Ganz has made a lot of changes to the eStore since then so something might have changed with the program and not automatically updated.
I would try sending an e-mail to Ganz so they can fix the issue, and if you don't get a reply fast enough then just call them.
