I've worked insanly hard to make it to levle five on the hairdresser in Kinz Acadamy and I finally got it. I went to my room and noticed they gave me two! BONUS! I put one in my room and the other wouldn't go in.. so I sold it. It logged me out and took both of the dressers! So don't make the same mistake I did.
Oh Smiley I am so sorry to hear that Thank you for warning us and it really is too bad. Maybe you could call Ganz and tell them what happened and they will see that it was a mistake. That way they will also know that their system is duplicating.
Dixiecup is right - call 1866webkinz they are open 9 to 5 EST but off from 12 to 1. Sat to Sun only.
My daughter was selling some stuff to wshop, accidently put the crown in BUT removed it before selling, and when she logged back in it was gone. We call just minutes after it happened and the rep helped us replace it. I hope you let them know of this so someone who may not be using WI doesn't do the very same thing. And, you know my heart goes out to you - I know the amount of work that goes into getting that. It shouldn't even be allowed to sell in the wshop anyway considering you can't kinzpost/trade them.
