Question Unanswered: Adoption Issues

UGH! I want to scream! Is anyone else having this problem? Every pet my kids have adopted lately has come out like this. I checked my printer settings and even bought a brand new printer, still nothing helps. I searched the web and could not find anyone else having this issue. Is it just the website or is it on my end? Please help me!

Default Re: Adoption Issues

This has not happened to me, but has happened to my friend once. I just adopted my sheep yesterday and it was regular colored. I would be thankful for the black one because it is very rare. If you don't like the way it looks, you can always reprint another one. You can go to the my pets section and click on the W with a gold circle around it. That will show you your birth certificate for your webkinz. You can then click the pink "Print" button at the bottom of the birth certificate. If that doesn't work, you can email Ganz and see if they can fix the problem on your account. You can contact them at Support@webkinz.com. I hope this helps and have a wonderful evening.

YES! This has happened to me repeatedly, and unfortunately Tinkwebkinz's advice won't work because I've tried all those things. Other people have been having this problem and there have been threads on this before, and Ganz support people are apparently aware of this glitch and trying to fix it. So the best thing to do in my opinion is to wait awhile before printing adoption certificates. When you first adopt, you can print the Pet's Biography. If the scenery around the pet's head is all black, then you know for sure that the adoption certificate would come out all black also; save your ink and don't print it.

To answer Blackpearl's question, it's not on your end, it's the website.

Let's all have a wonderful evening despite this minor problem!
