Adoption Glitch!

I was adopting a yellow lab pup and it logged me out afterwards. The lab was logged in but I failed to recieve an adoption gift! All I have is a brown box that cannot be dragged into rooms, sold, sent, or traded. I also failed to recieve the PSI, PSF and exclusive item (adoption gift) I tried to re-log in my lab but no luck. I also asked ganz but no answer. I really don't like having a glitch like this can someone help?

something similar happened to me with a clown fish a few months ago. i called ganz and they were able to manually place the items in my dock.
