Angry Unanswered: Adoption Certificates

Hi! My daughter prints out all of her ado0ption certificates and keeps them in a binder. So, I went to catch up on this today since our printer has been broken for awhile. When I printed them out, the whole certificate was black except for the picture of the animal? Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem or is it just a temp. problem?
Thanks!

My printer is doing the same thing. I thought it was just me. I'm glad i'm not alone. I was actually going out to buy another printer. I called support and was on the phone for over an hour when they finally told me it was not my printer it was the site.

It may have to do with the printer. Call the company and they may fix it. Or try another printer. If you dont have another in your house, have your child do it at a neibor or friend's house if possible. I hope I helped and good luck on that printer!

I've been having the same problem! So glad to know it's not my printer's fault. At first (one or two months ago?) I would reboot the computer and the problem would fix itself: but now it does the black printout like you describe, all the time.

Thanks everyone. I tried it here at work on two different printers. I think it is just a flook. Thanks for all the help. Glad to hear it isn't just me thought. Hope it fixes itself soon.

This is an ongoing and intermittent problem with WW. If you will notice when you go through an adoption the first page you come to is the pet biography page. FIRST, print this because currently there is no way to go back to reprint it. I have been writing to Ganz to get them to update this.

If you will notice when the animals picture comes out on the biography page sometimes there is a black background and then other times there is a colored background. If it's colored then the certificate with come out normal (most of the time) but if it is black it will also skew the certificate.

I just wait a few days and try to print the certificate again from the me and my pets tab. Once one comes out black so will the others for a while. If you are lucky and it prints correctly then print all the ones you are missing while you have the chance.

It's probably a glitch with the adoption center. Seeing as other people have had the same problem, I would guess that it's not your printer that's not working. Try printing something else out and see if that works. Good luck!
