If we click yes, either the screen stays blank (no matter how long you wait) or it all starts flashing rapidly and nothing ever happens. Clicking no just leaves it blank with the please wait in the corner forever.
Adobe's website says it's an issue with the Active X control and to uninstall Adobe and download it again. We have tried that and it didn't work.
Hello, we get this on our older, slower computer, not all the time, but i did notice its mainly on my daughter's account, which has about 100 Webkinz on it. Active X can throw everything off.I highly advise you to first check if you have a firewall, preventing the Active X from loading, this sounds like what it is.You can also check your internet settings to see if you are enabling the Active X program as this will prevent the flashplayer from laoding properly.I hope this helps you
I used to get this all the time on our old computer. With the new one I get it rarely. I found that if I clicked "yes" it would freeze up the whole program, and I would lose whatever I was trying to do (such as fail a class or lose a game). If I clicked "no", it usually would eventually start working again, though there were a few times I had to log off and on again to get it running. Unfortunately I don't know how to fix the problem, I just know what I did to work around it.
Thanks everyone! I found a form on Webkinz Customer Support, Loading issues. They actually address this exact issue. In the mean time, I will check the firewall and internet settings. Maybe I will try removing and re-downloading Adobe (yet again).
From what is mentioned here and on the Webkinz site, I am wondering if the number of pets is the issue. She has about 80 on her account.
