That's interesting, because I always had way more trouble with IE, and switched to Firefox because I was sick & tired of all the Please wait.... I rarely get them with Firefox. But different computers seem to run one better than another. I think the point would be to try a different browser from what you usually use, and see if it helps. Also clear your cache, and make sure you aren't running any other programs while you are trying to unload your dock.

The URL below is some very Interesting info on Flash and Firefox., if you use Firefox. I had longtime prefered Firesox until I got so many Please Waits that I got very frustrated and changed to IE reluctantly. IE runs much better for WW. I have been very happy with it when playing Webkinz. If any Please Waits it hs been no more that 5 sec.

I would suggest clearing your cache several times. Update your Adobe Flash Player and macromedia Player and I use a little program called IObit Registry Defrag following clearing the cache and updating the players. You can remove the Registry Defrag program after using if you want. It will not harm your system at all.
If this does not totally help unplug your machine from ALL
power sources and wait 1 hour or over night and let Windows reset itself.
Definately use Internet Explorer rather than Firefox. I believe you will be much happier with the performance of your Webkinz entertainment.
As for that article mentioned above, it seems the author has a very vested interest in putting down Firefox, so I'd take it with a grain of salt. I know Firefox runs much better for me than IE, and I got a lot more of those flash player error messages with IE.
If you have access to a really fast computer, try logging in from there, and see if a different computer will unload your dock.
Another suggestion for dealing with an overloaded dock is to try to store anything you can. When you first log in, what shows in your dock? If it is food, put it in any available fridge, or else feed your pets as much as you can. If it's furniture or objects, store it in a room. Clothing you can either put on your pets or else store it in any empty dressers/toy boxes. When you have cleared as much as you can, log out, then go back in. You'll have different items showing. Again, try to store as much as possible. If you run out of storage space, check the Curio Shop to see if Arte has any storage items for sale, as you can buy them without unloading your dock. You could also have a friend send some to you. Repeat the above steps as often as you can. If you can eliminate 100 -200 (or more) items from your dock, you may have success. (I even read one thread where WI's were kinzposting storage containers to each other to help each other get their docks unstuck; when one person was finished with them, they passed them on to someone else who had the same problem; I don't know if they're still doing this.)
Calling Ganz should be your last resort. From what I've heard here on WI they will simply remove some items from your dock - randomly, permanently, and without any payment for them...
