I have had that error no matter what I did with/to Adobe and no matter which computer while I have never had the problem with the other accounts even if I merely logged out and back in with a different account {yet would get the problem again on the same account}. It also has switched browsers {the problem} and again only on that account; I have {I think} a total of 11 browsers to use and all of them have a problem with that account.

I am curious about the dock size issue because although I usually keep mine rather low {especially low in comparison to most} there is wallpaper and flooring that I can't put anywhere else and things like coupons and an unopened superbed box right now. I'm going to check on dock size when I garden next time because that's when I start having the problems or when I go to clean up and inventory {which isn't that often but it puts a lot of stuff in my dock temporarily}. Could be even certain items and not just the amount{s} but I'll check and mark this thread so I can come back if I find out anything new.
I recently created a small account with one wCares pet named Wall-e , where I send my wallpaper and flooring. Stuff, like yours I imagine, that I want to hang onto, but have no current use for. The account has come in handy for other things too, transfers between family accounts, etc. Just wish I had thought about it before Christmas!

Oh, and I have even had the flash error message there (but not often).

At one time I figured it might be a WW server problem. Some accounts almost always get the message unless it is an 'off' time for that time zone. But I haven't tracked it.

Oh it's always good to go through what they suggested if the person doesn't normally clear cache, update their programs, things like that, but yes mine is mostly wallpaper, flooring, coupons and things like that {besides temporary harvest or 3 underwater items I got but don't have room for because otter is not underwater even though their site lists it under water pets}.

I don't know how much actual tracking I can do because it is that account and none of the others {have 1 asian and 1 brit along with main american plus 2 others I babysit a lot}. I figure I can do some checking in a bit though...as soonas it quits logging me out from everything {yes, another, different glitch}.

Is it because you have numerous items in your dock? Try clearing that up.

If that doesn't work, try clearing your cache and cookies, and also uninstall/reinstall Flash Player

My friend is Mac and started having the same prob--she now has to use safari for her large webbie acct. Sorry you are having this prob--it can be quite annoying.

hmm, I wonder if it might have something to do with the number of 'kinz I have registered on the account? I do have over *cough* a hundred... I hope that's not it. That's not something I can change.

But if you have a lot of items in your dock I would try selling off some and hopefully that will help.
I keep my dock under a hundred items. Thank you for the input.

Mine sometimes runs very slowly too. What usually seems to help is I restart my computer. It usually boosts the speed of my computer, even if it is not be a lot.

How to solve the issue is a mystery to me. I believe it has something to do with the size of the file of my account is bogging down the WW server. A friend of mine had several pets removed off her main account and put onto a secondary account and the error went away for her.

That is my take on the situation anyway.
hmm, I wonder if Ganz would remove some of the webkinz I have on my account? I know they aren't supposed to... but do they make exceptions if the account is affected...?

I just went to the Apple Store and got some help today restoring my Mac battery.

I would make an appointment at your nearest Apple store (it's free) and the people are nice there. If you have anything wrong with your laptop, they'll fix it

Hmm... interesting thought. I have about 130,000. It would be nice if all the world's problems could be solved by doing a bunch of shopping, huh?

I have heard on several occasions that they will relocate pets to another account; in every instance, yes the account was experiencing issues. Some reps want you to have your codes available, but I have heard one rep that gave the codes one by one to the customer for the transfer process.

I have not been affected enough to wish to go through the hassle. I have only 46 pets, but I have created a huge house for those pets consisting of almost 100 rooms (yes, I can say addiction ).

My dock typically has less than 250 items in it, and I get this error twice per load, every time WW loads, regardless of time of day, how long since last reboot, other windows open, or any other factor I can track. I simply will receive this error twice in a load for this one account as a matter of fact.
