Question Answered: Adobe Flash Player

Has anyone had problems downloading/ updating Adobe Flash Player??? I download the file but windows can't open it because it's .xpi...which apparently is for Firefox...which is what I use..so I manually tell the computer to open it with firefox and then it seems to install but when I go to webkinz.com it says that I need Adobe Flash Player still where the log in button is supposed to be! ARGH!

I bypassed that by just clicking on the Customer Service button at the bottom, and log in from there.

I have an issue regarding the same. It is also required to install McAfee, which I do not want. Are we not forced to use software we do not want in order to access Webkinz?

Ug, that's not right. Although I tried it with and without the McAfee box clicked and didn't have any luck.

Yeah, I tried that but it didn't seem to do anything, thanks anyway though!

At least I'm on with explorer for now...I'll deal with firefox later! Thanks everyone!

I don't understand why it's asking us to download a flashplayer that we already have. This stinks. Do we have to erase ours and download it again? I'm confused.

Having same problem -- tried several library computers.

The problem seems to be the webkinz page, we think.

Thanks for mentioning the customer service work-around!
Can't download software on the library computers, but CAN log in
from the CS page.
