I recently had a nasty virus attack on my computer which caused some major issues, including the loss of Flash Player and being unable to use Internet Explorer as my internet browser. Well, now every time I try to get on Webkinz, I can't login because it says I need Adobe Flash Player. According to the Adobe site, I have version 10, so I don't understand why I still can't login. This is happening on other game sites like Club Penguin as well. How do I get the sites to recognize that I do indeed have Adobe Flash Player? Help! PS: I was able to install Flash Player from the Adobe site successfully, but it still won't recognize it.

I have that problem too. I have firefox and I got the same message, so I installed the latest flashplayer and it isn't recognized either. I am using my Mom's laptop to go onto Webkinz until something is fixed.
