Default Unanswered: Adobe flash error??

Hi, everyone ^_^''

I'm usually more of a reader of posts, but I'm really hoping someone can give me a hand with this. I've seen a lot of people have been seeing the 'white/green screen of death' when they try to log on, and I'm having an issue similar to that, except for the fact I get an error message as well, asking if I wish to abort script or not.

I had this issue before with the 'hourly events' page, but this eventually resovled itself. So should I just hang in there? When I do click, and get on to Webkinz, it does seem to be running rather sluggish. I'm thinking that it's maybe Ganz's latest updating that's gone and done it, but I'm not for certain. I would greatly appreciate any feedback on this matter.

Thanks so much!

Hi, J. Lucy. I had the same problem with the white/green screen. I couldn't get in for days. And before that I was getting the abort script message too. What I did to solve the problem was call Windows, and they downloaded the SuperAntiSpware 4.0 version for me which did a super scan of my computer which detected spyware and adware and deleted it all. I scan once a month now and have been gloriously free of any of those types of problems. There's nothing worse than not being able to get into WW.

You could also dowload a newer version of Adobe Flash.

Hope this helps.

It's just an unloaded screen, since their servers are busy, and/or your flash might not be the latest.
