Stars determine how many posts you have. Webkinz have silver stars, Gifted have a darker silver (kind of hard to tell apart from Webkinz) and Gift Gurus have gold stars.
Your number of posts. Please take a look at the FAQ for more info. You start out with one star, and build your way up through the silver stars as you get more posts. If you become a guru before 5,000 posts, your stars become gold. If you get 5000 stars first, you get rainbow stars. At 10,000, you start with the gold spinning stars, and work your way up through those. However, if you become a gidt guru, your spinning stars will be green, and gift coaches get purples spinnies.
The green things under the stars are called Reputation. You can give reputation by clicking the thumbs up button under someone's post count. You can get rep by being helpful and nice around WI. First, you can get up to five dark green boxes, than 5 light green, then 5 gold. After that, you'll get a red badge, and you start all over again.
