Default Unanswered: Account Verification Help

I have an item stuck in my room and have tried filling out the form to get it fixed. However, when I try to submit, I'm told that my Account Info doesn't match their records. I have checked and double checked but don't see anything wrong. Has this happened to anyone else--am I overlooking something here or do I need to call Ganz?

I would assume that maybe you entered a false birthdate when you created your account???? Some people I know have used different info to protect themselves..... perhaps that is the problem?

Nope--used my real birthday! I took screenshots of all my info when I was signing up and I have checked that info against what I put in the form. I did have one thought--It asks for an email address, but I don't remember having to enter an email address when I first signed up, only when I gave myself "permission" to use the ChatPlus (I'm an adult). Might there be some problem there?

I can certainly call Ganz when I get a chance--I was just hoping there might be some simple solution.

Are you sure you entered your birth date correctly? I didnt realize I was doing mine backwards. Ganz asks for your date of birth, month, year. See if you are doing it by month/date/year like I was!

Did you know that you can unstick a lot of things on your own? If the stuck item is an object on a table or pedestal, remove the table, then put it back in the same spot. Leave the room (through a door, not jumping) then re-enter. That often solves the problem for stuck objects. Occasionally I've had to do it a second time, once I had to log off and then come back, but eventually it has worked for me just about every time. Hope that works for you.

Yep--It was the backwards birthdate thing!! Those tricky Ganz people! Did it the right way today and it went right through.

That's exactly why I posted here--I figured if I was doing something wrong someone else was bound to have had the same problem in the past and could fill me in.

Hmm.. check one more time. Make sure there isn't caps lock on and you aren't typing something wrong. If it is not qorking, call up GANZ. If that doesn't work, ask GANZ to come over to your house so they can see that you are typing everything in wright! OKay... maybe not to your house but maybe you could take screen pictures and e-mail them to GANZ. I really hope it all works out
