| | Unanswered: Account is down - PLEASE PLEASE HELP
PLease - does anyone know a way to contact Ganz aside from the customer service number and email. Or does anyone know an extension number on the customer service number that gives you a live person. My account has been down for going on 7 weeks now, and I guess they are sick of hearing from me because they have stopped answering my calls or calling me back. I have left 6 messages over the last two weeks for Percy (the person "assigned" to my problem) and they have gone ignored. I have 40 webkinz and 3 boxes of cards invested in this account, and they are doing NOTHING to help me. If anyone has any helpful suggestions I am all ears!
