I'm sorry, but I don't think there's anything you can do about it. You could always try and contact Ganz. Hope your problem is fixed.

I would forget the e-mail because it takes too long. Call them, or if you don't sound grown-up (because they can't ask to see your driver's license over the phone) get a grown-up to call for you, maybe your Mom or Dad.

I would call Ganz ASAP. Their phone number is 1-866-932-5469. If the person on the phone won't help you ask politely if there is someone else there you can speak with. Ganz seems to have many answers for the same questions sometimes so it might pay off to try.

Tip: Being nice, polite and friendly always pays off, and think when complaining to Ganz realize that you need their help so stay on their good side! Plus they probably do want to help you even if it might not seem that way during some points of the conversation when they might be telling you things you don't want to hear, but patience because they might come up with answers in a moment! Always Thank them for their help so they will be in a good mood for the next person.

Okay good idea! i was going to call today but i got sidetracked so i never got around to it... =/ oh well hopfully there will be a tomorrow!
