Does anyone know if I can post something that isn't Webkinz related in here but I need help with it? for example if my guinea pig keeps sneezing could I put it in here for help on what to do?

I think that would need to be discussed in the actual trading section of the forum. Someone else can probably confirm this. I know there are pretty stringent rules when it comes to trade talk and where it can and cannot take place. As far as what is fair trading or not, the WIGEV is a great resource for finding the exchange value of all WW items.

You can talk about anything non-webkinz related in the Open Mike section.

Is Open Mike where you can talk about trading too? Like what would be a fair trade & what not?

No, you can not talk about trading in Open Mike. Trade talk is not allowed anywhere except for in the Gift Exchange area. You do need to be a Gift Trainee, Gifted or a Gift Guru though to access that. Best thing to do is take yazkitty's advice and check out the WIGEV.

I posted to be involved with the trading area months ago. Never heard back after posting. Is there anything else I am suppose to do or just wait to be contacted?
