Got answer about my pom pom kitty, but instead of getting the shoes I got another Uniform, what can I do?

Can you have someone else call for you? That really is the fastest way to get your issue corrected. If I could do it for you, I would. So sorry! On the bright side, I'm sure they will send you the shoes once you get in contact with them and then you'll have an outfit to keep and one to trade if it is Kinz Post-able. Here is Ganz contact information:

If you have a problem with your Webkinz account and you need to contact Ganz:
Telephone: 1-866-WEBKINZ * 1-866-932-5469
Make sure you're spelling Webkinz with a "Z" and not an "S". If you use a "7" at the end instead of a "9" you'll get an odd phone message about directory assistance.
To contact Ganz via telephone, you must be over the age of 18.
OR
Use the Customer Service area on the Webkinz site.
If you do not have a specific question you can fill out a form called, 'Our question does not appear above' located under the 'Comments and Suggestions' link on the Customer Service page.

I live in Israel, calling them the last time costed my arms and legs, spent most of my cell phone budget on that, tried contacting the Hebrew support again, hope they answer me

Never mind, just checked my mail and items, got the pom pom shoes, and the extra uniform is still there

That can't be right, i would try customer support, give them an email, and if none of those works, as a last resort, i would call.
