Angry Unanswered: 52 items frozen!

Hellooooo. I hope someone can help or let me know how they handled this. I had ONE trophy and it's stand stuck in a room. i contacted webkinz through the front page and asked for it to be put in my dock. Instead they removed all the trophy stands from several rooms, removed all trophies from several rooms ( all put in dock) , and any item on the stand that was not removed is now froze!! WOW! I have contacted them through email this time. I am sure maintenance will slow this down, but when will they fix this. It took a long time to go through my rooms and pin point the frozen items for them to unfreeze. Also, the trophy stands they put back in my dock can not be used because it says they already have a item on them. what a mess! Any suggestions? ???

Wow,this really is a problem! I would suggest calling them because this is such a huge problem.

This happens to me A LOT! It is such a pain. But when I talked to support they said to use fire fox instead of internet explorer and to delete your cache and cookies at lease 2 times a week. Try doing this and logging in and out a few times. This has helped for me I hope it helps for you. If not call 1.800.724.5902 and leave a message. They will call you back within a day or two and help you.

Yes, whenever I have told them a particular item was stuck in a room they would remove all of the same item everywhere. But I have never had them remove the stand, too.

I have found that often this situation will fix itself, so now I don't bother reporting it anymore. I just wait until it eventually clears up.

Thanks everyone! I tried to leave it alone, but after several weeks, i caved!! LOL! What do i say when I call? It is alot of items to mention. Can I just say "all my trophies and figurines in several rooms are froze" or do i need to make a list? Also, does clearing your cookies mess with your other data on your computer?

Well, I called Ganz, so now I just have to wait it out!! I'll let you all know how long it takes and if they really fix the problem!

jdmom.....When you called Ganz (1-800-724-5902 NY OR 1-866-932-5469 Ontario) did you actually speak with a customer service person or did you just leave a voice mail. If you only left a VM then call back again until you reach an actual person and have a list of the items that are still stuck and which room they are in. They can unstick them while you are on the phone with them. Hope this helps!
